Alignment Systems
A proper alignment of the injection unit is the basic request for stabile results of the injection unit.
Finally, the alignment has to be checked between the centre of injection piston-rod and the current assembled shot-sleeve in full closed position of the machine.
The existing optical measurement systems cannot fulfill that request, because that kind of measurement is doing on site of the Fixed Platen only in the open position of the machine.
So movements of the Fixed Platen, of the die and of the shot sleeve in the moment of closing of the machine stay out of measurement.
To find really valid results, we offer the check of the alignment by our laser-based system.
Here we assemble the sender directly on the shot sleeve and the receiver will be moved 120 degrees around the injection piston-rod.
With this system, which is developed by the German Specialists of company Prüftechnik, we set 5 points in the angle of 120 degrees and after the measurement the evaluation unit shows and save the declination of the centre axis.
Movement Systems:
Because of the specific constructions and weights of diecast machines and heavy hydraulic presses, a necessary displacement is not safe to do with standard hoists.
We provide special fixing points for the most european diecast machines.
Also we can use special flat-lifting cylinders to move the base in case of necessary set-ups of the leveling of the machines.
Power Screwdriver System
On heavy machines there are various elements assembled by high-quality screws to secure the connections.
A evenness of the tightening torque is required for proper functions.
For instance, a M12 allen-keyed screw in quality class 12.9 do have a manual manageable torque of 116Nm.
But how to fix a M48 screw with requested torque of 8.122Nm?
We provide a Hydraulic Power Screwdriver system with special high-tension adapters to lock and also unlock that connections.
Also there are special solutions for countersunk screws.
Even with standard power screwdriver equipment, the flush-mounted screw-head requests an additional support to avoid breaking of the high-tension adapters.
